Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the NutriTrace mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

You must be at least 16 years old to use NutriTrace. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

NutriTrace helps you scan nutrition labels, log food and workouts, track macros and calories, and optionally sync activity data with Apple Health or Google Health Connect.

NutriTrace is intended for general fitness and nutrition tracking purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet or exercise routine, especially if you have a medical condition.

Nutrition information derived from scanned labels or our food database may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for verifying nutrition information that is critical to your health, such as for allergies.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers
• Upload or transmit harmful code or content

The App integrates with third-party services including Apple Health, Google Health Connect, Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, Firebase, and Google AdMob. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding your personal data), is owned by SaiMobileApps / Ewfforia and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that nutrition/health calculations will be perfectly accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaiMobileApps / Ewfforia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any health-related decisions made based on information in the App.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate access to the App for users who violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
